color: #000000;\"><strong>Objeto de la convocatoria:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">El objeto de estas ayudas es colaborar con los gastos de desplazamiento derivados de la realizaci\u00f3n de los siguientes estudios fuera de Alzira:<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.6px; text-align: justify;\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;a) Estudios universitarios en las universidades p\u00fablicas&nbsp;y privadas que integran el Sistema Universitario Valenciano, as\u00ed como sus centros adscritos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;b) Ciclos Formativos de Grado Medio y Grado Superior.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;c) Ense\u00f1anzas superiores de r\u00e9gimen especial<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><strong>Requisitos:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &#8211;&nbsp;<span style=\"text-align: justify; font-style: italic;\">No encontrarse incurso\/a en ninguna prohibici\u00f3n para obtener la condici\u00f3n de beneficiario\/a de subvenciones p\u00fablicas de las previstas en el art\u00edculo 13 de la Ley General de Subvenciones<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify; font-style: italic;\"><\/span><span style=\"text-align: justify; font-style: italic;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; Encontrarse al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias (con la Agencia Tributaria y con el Ayuntamiento) y con la Seguridad Socia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"textoNegrita\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; Alumnado matriculado durante el curso 2020-2021:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span class=\"textoNegrita\" style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><\/span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; de al&nbsp;menos el 50 % del curso lectivo (excepto aquellos estudiantes que justifiquen que les quedan menos de 30% del curso lectivo&nbsp;para finalizar los estudios) en cualquiera de las siguientes ense\u00f1anzas:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; Ense\u00f1anzas universitarias adaptadas al Espacio Europeo de Educaci\u00f3n Superior conducentes a t\u00edtulos oficiales de grado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; Ense\u00f1anzas universitarias conducentes a la obtenci\u00f3n de los t\u00edtulos de licenciado, ingeniero, arquitecto, diplomado, maestro, ingeniero t\u00e9cnico y arquitecto t\u00e9cnico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; Ense\u00f1anzas art\u00edsticas superiores conducentes a la obtenci\u00f3n de los t\u00edtulos superiores de M\u00fasica y Danza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; Ense\u00f1anzas art\u00edsticas superiores conducentes a la obtenci\u00f3n del t\u00edtulo superior de Arte Dram\u00e1tico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; Ciclos Formativos de grado medio y\/o&nbsp;superior de Formaci\u00f3n Profesional, que no tenga oferta en Alzira.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; Estar empadronado en Alzira con una antig\u00fcedad m\u00ednima de 24 meses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span class=\"textoNegrita\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; No superar los umbrales de renta familiar establecidos en la convocatoria.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"textoNegrita\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; Ser menor de 30 a\u00f1os durante el a\u00f1o natural de la convocatoria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span class=\"textoNegrita\" style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><\/span><span class=\"textoNegrita\" style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Motivos de exclusi\u00f3n:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span class=\"textoNegrita\" style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><\/span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; Quedan exluidos aquellos\/as que est\u00e9n en posesi\u00f3n o re\u00fanan los requisitos legales para la expedici\u00f3n de un t\u00edtulo de grado universitario, ciclo formativo de grado superior o t\u00edtulos superiores en las ense\u00f1anzas de r\u00e9gimen especial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; Tambi\u00e9n quedar\u00e1n exluidos aquellos\/as cuyo nivel de renta de la unidad familiar no pueda ser comprobado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; No se podr\u00e1n recibir m\u00e1s de dos ayudas, en a\u00f1os consecutivos o alternos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 14.4px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">Forma de presentaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 14.4px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; color: #000000;\">Las personas interesadas deben presentar la solicitud:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 14.4px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; preferentemente a trav\u00e9s de la sede electr\u00f3nica mediante el tr\u00e1mite de educaci\u00f3n con el nombre Transporte de Estudiantes del Ayuntamiento de Alzira:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sedeelectronica.alzira.es\/PortalCiudadano\/tramites\/tramite.do?formAction=btShow&amp;t=3458\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">https:\/\/sedeelectronica.alzira.es\/PortalCiudadano\/tramites\/tramite.do?formAction=btShow&amp;t=3458<\/span><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/sedeelectronica.alzira.es\/PortalCiudadano\/tramites\/tramite.do?formAction=btShow&amp;t=3621\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/><\/span><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/sedeelectronica.alzira.es\/PortalCiudadano\/tramites\/tramite.do?formAction=btShow&amp;t=3621\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 14.4px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; de forma presencial en la Clau, con cita previa (<a style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14.4px;\" href=\"https:\/\/citaprevia.alzira.es\/#!\/es\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">citaprevia.alzira.es<\/span><\/a>)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 14.4px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; color: #000000;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; o en las dem\u00e1s formas que contempla el art. 16.4 de la Ley 39\/2015, del Procedimiento Administrativo Com\u00fan de las Administraciones P\u00fablicas dirigida al Alcalde-Presidente, dentro del plazo del 15 de septiembre al 15 de octubre de 2020, ambos inclusive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 14.4px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 14.4px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><strong>Documentaci\u00f3n: c<\/strong><span class=\"textoNegrita\" style=\"font-weight: bold;\">on car\u00e1cter general, para todas las solicitudes<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 14.4px;\"><span class=\"textoNegrita\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; Documentaci\u00f3n acreditativa de estar matriculado en alg\u00fan centro educativo para el curso 2020-2021<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 14.4px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span class=\"textoNegrita\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/span><\/span><span class=\"textoNegrita\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; Libro de fam\u00edlia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 14.4px;\"><span class=\"textoNegrita\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; M\u00e9ritos y circunstancias (opcional) que se quieran hacer valer deber\u00e1n acompa\u00f1arse junto con los documentos de solicitud, debidamente documentados y vigentes durante el plazo de presentaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: sans-serif;
